The described apartment offers spacious and complete amenities for a cozy vacation. It spans 2 floors and can accommodate 6 to 10 people. In total, the apartment has 3 separate bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a double bed and a sofa bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there is a spacious living area with a dining area and comfortable seating. The sofa in the living area can also be used as a sofa bed. Additionally, there is a terrace and a balcony.

Cancellation conditions 

In case of delayed arrival, early departure, or in case of cancellation apply without exception the provisions of the austrian hotel regulations as agreed. Austrian law is to be applied. Court of law is 5600 St.Johann

That means:

• Up to 3 month before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
• From 3 to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the whole price
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival we charge 70% of the whole price
• In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we will charge 90% of the whole price
• Cancellations on arrival day, non-arrival or travel break(departure) are charged with the whole price
• Cancellations are only accepted in writing
