This spacious and fully equipped apartment offers a cozy home for your vacation. With 2 floors, it can accommodate 6 to 10 people and has 3 separate bedrooms – two with double beds and one with a double bed and a sofa bed. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with dining area and comfortable seating area are also available. The sofa in the living room can also be used as a sleeping place. In addition, there is a balcony and a terrace.

Especially for guests with dogs, a small fenced garden is available in the summer, adjacent to the terrace.

Cancellation conditions 

In case of delayed arrival, early departure, or in case of cancellation apply without exception the provisions of the austrian hotel regulations as agreed. Austrian law is to be applied. Court of law is 5600 St.Johann

That means:

• Up to 3 month before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
• From 3 to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the whole price
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival we charge 70% of the whole price
• In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we will charge 90% of the whole price
• Cancellations on arrival day, non-arrival or travel break(departure) are charged with the whole price
• Cancellations are only accepted in writing
