The described apartment offers enough space for 4 to 6 people and is fully furnished. It has two separate bedrooms, the first of which is equipped with a double bed and the second with a double bed and a sofa bed. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom. Furthermore, there is a separate kitchen-living room with a cozy seating area.

Cancellation conditions 

In case of delayed arrival, early departure, or in case of cancellation apply without exception the provisions of the austrian hotel regulations as agreed. Austrian law is to be applied. Court of law is 5600 St.Johann

That means:

• Up to 3 month before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
• From 3 to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the whole price
• From 1 month to 1 week before arrival we charge 70% of the whole price
• In case of cancellation within the last week before arrival we will charge 90% of the whole price
• Cancellations on arrival day, non-arrival or travel break(departure) are charged with the whole price
• Cancellations are only accepted in writing
